District Technology Plan Revision Cycle Dates
Cycle A: September 16, 2011
Cycle B: November 19, 2011
Cycle C: March 9, 2012
Federal auditing requirements for E-Rate funds require school districts to complete their technology plan revisions before they file Form 470. In order to meet the E-Rate requirements for Form 470, it is recommended that districts submit their technology plans for state approval during either Cycle A or Cycle B.

The Mission of CTAP Region VII is to assist Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced and Tulare Counties in their efforts to provide quality instructional technology resources and programs to their districts and schools. The CTAP Region 7 staff provides regional coordination of the project, while each of the six counties contract to provide assistance to support services and activities for county offices, school districts, and schools located in their area of the region.
